COACHING
Terms
Appointments are booked via the booking page/contact. The booking is binding.
Confirmation
After your registration, you will receive a booking confirmation with payment information.
Cancellation
Cancellation is made in writing via e-mail, no later than 24 hours before the booked time. Your fee will then be refunded, or you can choose a new time. Time canceled later than 24 hours is charged at 50%.
In case of cancellations of a session included in a coaching package, no fee is refunded and you have the right to book a new appointment.
Liability limitations
Soulguide is not responsible for any damage caused to you as a client during a coaching session, or on the journey to or from the coaching. The same applies to a "walk & talk" session.

WORKSHOP - LECTURES - RETREAT
Terms
Registration takes place via the contact page and is binding.
Confirmation
After registration, you will receive a registration confirmation with payment details.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing via email. If you cancel earlier than 14 days before the workshop, you will receive the full amount paid back. If cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before, 50% of the fee is refunded. In case of later cancellation, no refund will be made.
Cancellation in case of illness
In the event of illness, a doctor's certificate is required for the entire fee to be reimbursed.
If Soulguide is forced to cancel the workshop, the fee will be refunded in full to your account. The organizer reserves the right to cancel/move the event due to illness or other important reason, or if too few participants are registered.
Liability limitations
The organizer, Soulguide, is not responsible for any injuries you as a participant incur during coaching, a lecture, a workshop, retreat or any other appointment. All participation is at your own risk. Likewise, participants themselves are responsible for travel to and from said location and any damages that may be caused to you.
For participants from EU countries other than Finland, it is recommended to bring a valid European health insurance card on the trip to Åland.
